How long does shipping of my order take?

If your order is to be shipped economy within the US you can expect it to arrive typically in 6-9 days (during the Holiday Season this may be longer) . International orders using economy typically take 3-4 weeks to arrive once it has been shipped.

All of our products are individually produced for you at the time of purchase and manufacturing will usually take 3-5 days to complete. Completed products will ship directly from the manufacturing facility based in the United States.

To receive a tracking number for your order, please forward your order confirmation to support@goldlabel.com. We will be updating our order confirmation process soon to include your package tracking number automatically.

These are sent out automatically to the email entered with the order.  If you did not receive one, please check your spam or junk folders.  In the event it still cannot be found contact us at support@goldlabel.com


How much does it cost to ship my order?

The easiest way to determine your shipping costs is to add the desired products to your Shopping Cart and enter your shipping information to calculate exact shipping costs. If you are a busy bee and have added multiple product types to your cart, you will also see how many packages you will receive.

It is important to note that international orders may be subject to additional customs charges and taxes, applied by the destination country’s customs office. Your cart will not reflect these duties as they are applied at the time of arrival by the custom’s office that received them –these are not applied or collected by Gold Label. For more information on import taxes, please contact your local customs office directly.


How do I change the address on my order?

The shipping address on your order can be updated so long as the order has not yet shipped. Please contact our support team at support@goldlabel.com immediately so we can attempt to adjust the order in time.


Do you ship to my country?

Gold Label ships worldwide, though there are some exceptions with certain properties (designs). In order to check if an item can be shipped to your country, simply place the item in your Shopping Cart, then go to the Shipping Page. If the drop-down menu labeled Country under Shipping Information appears and can be selected it can be shipped there. If your country does not appear, then we do not currently ship there. We are constantly adding new locations, so if your country is not listed please check back.


Duties and Taxes for International Shipments

If your order is an international shipment it may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient; Gold Label has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays to your package(s) arrival.

At Checkout, you can specify a shipping address that differs from your billing address.

Yes we do.  For both domestic and international orders we use FedEx.
